During my visit to Peru for a dental volunteering project, I recognized the importance of not only coming together to assist those who cannot afford medical treatments but also establishing a platform to coordinate medical providers and train local personnel using our best practices. This approach will enable us to deliver high-quality care more effectively and efficiently. In addition to creating dental educational videos, I aim to share ideas with others who share the same passion for collaboration, working together to create a more unified world.
This project aims to provide comprehensive resources for training dental personnel, equipping them with the skills and knowledge necessary to deliver high-quality dental care. By developing a structured training program that includes hands-on workshops, online courses, and access to the latest dental research, we seek to enhance the professional capabilities of dental staff. Additionally, we will create a mentorship system, connecting experienced professionals with trainees to foster practical learning and support. Ultimately, our goal is to empower dental personnel, ensuring they can effectively meet the needs of their communities and contribute to improved oral health outcomes
